Te Rūnanga o Waihao Holdings Limited is the investment and asset management company of Te Rūnanga o Waihao. The company operates under a Letter of Expectation from its shareholder, Te Rūnanga o Waihao, and a Statement of Intent which guides its long term priorities and activities.
Holdings manages a diverse portfolio that includes commercial and residential property, forestry assets, managed funds, financial investments and strategic shareholdings. This includes investments held directly, as well as partnerships and joint ventures with neighbouring rūnanga and other organisations where opportunities align with the aspirations of Waihao.
